Hulk Hogan News – Federal Judge Denies Hulk Hogan’s Injunction
Hulk Hogan News found out that Hulk Hogan’s petition for an injuction against Gawker Media has been denied by a federal judge. Hogan was hoping that this injunction would help him to get an ordering to have his sex tape video footage removed from the website. Hogan’s legal defense did not prove how this footage has harmed his character and good name.
On Novemeber 13th, the ruling that was filed in a Tampa U.S. District Court, Judge James Whittemore had wrote that Terry Bollea, better known as Hulk Hogan, failed to deliver evidence that displayed irreparable harm caused by Gawker Media and is not forced to remove the video from their website.
